Non-Refundable Products Policy

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of skincare products, all products sold by SYEN GLOW are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Exceptions (Only for Wrong or Damaged Product)

A replacement may only be considered if:

• You receive a wrong product, or
• The product arrives physically damaged

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order details
• Clear photos/videos of the package and product
• Unboxing video (mandatory)

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
